1. Consultation & Estimate

Contact us with your floor plan for a preliminary estimate. We also offer an on-site survey for a 1,000 THB fee, which is waived if you confirm an order with us.

2. Design & Final Quotation

Visit our showroom to feel the quality. Get inspired, and choose your materials, colors, and finishes. We will then provide a final quotation for your project.

The Design and Quotation process can take approximately 5-14 days, depending on the size and complexity.

3. Confirmation & Kick-off

To proceed, simply sign the agreement, approve the production drawings, and make a 40% deposit to schedule your installation.

4. Preparation & Production

While you prepare the installation area as needed (e.g., wiring, plumbing), we will begin manufacturing your custom furniture, which takes 15-60 days depending on the material & finish you ordered.

5. Payment & Installation

A second 40% payment is due before the scheduled date, and then our expert team will arrive to professionally install your furniture.

Our dedicated 5-star in-house service team will install your new kitchen as scheduled. The installation time usually takes about 1-5 days, depending on the size and details of the kitchen.

6. Handover & Completion

We perform a final review to ensure everything is perfect. Once the work is complete and handed over, the final balance is due.
